Plateau Ballet Repertory Theatre

Youth Ballet Company

Plateau Ballet Repertory Theatre (PBRT) will continue to have a Junior and Senior Company this coming year (2020-2021 Season). These companies are designed to provide additional classes, rehearsals, and performance opportunities for dancers who want to devote even more time and energy to their training as a dancer. PBRT will put on a holiday show, a spring production, and have an additional lead role(s) in the end of the year performance (June). There will also be outreach performances and fundraisers.

Must be in Ballet IV or above to audition (unless otherwise approved by the Artistic Director).

This extra commitment should be taken seriously; dancers need to be able to comprehend and remember their own rehearsal schedules, have great attendance and understand its importance, and demonstrate dance as a priority. We are hopeful and excited to find an exceptional group of young dancers who will take this commitment seriously, and with eagerness and excitement!

Parents/guardians - Please read over the dancer’s agreement with your dancer and understand this commitment thoroughly. Parental support should be in favor of teaching the dancers to fulfill their commitments and fully supporting them in this decision.

So, what does being a company member look like this year?

*You are required to be in two ballet technique levels to be a company member.

*Tuition for Company is  $65/month

~Tuition includes weekly class, rehearsals, performances, costume rentals, and company uniform

* Beginning October 3rd and completing June 19th, there will be a Saturday morning Company ballet class for each the Junior and Senior Company and rehearsals will follow (see schedule below).
